SUMMARY:
Responsible for removing and replacing drop boxes, counting and verifying the contents of all table games drop boxes, and electronic gaming tickets by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Counts and confirms gaming and related items as needed.
- Removes and replaces drop boxes from machines.
- Involved in sorting and counting contents of drop boxes.
- Works with cage staff to verify counts.
- Enters count information into the computer system.
- Assures protection of casino assets.
- Reports any suspicious activity to supervisor.
- Maintains consistent and punctual attendance.
- Performs other duties assigned by supervisor or administrator.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- One to three months of related experience and/or training.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, written, or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few tangible variables in standardized situations.
- Washington State Class III Gaming License
