- Responding to inquiries from merchants, ISOs, and brokers via phone, email, or chat.
- Keeping clients updated on application status, approvals, and onboarding steps.
- Assisting with follow-up on pending documents, such as driver's licenses, voided checks, and bank statements.
- Ensuring all necessary documents (applications, agreements, compliance forms) are collected, organized, and stored securely.
- Verifying the accuracy of submitted documents and following up on incomplete or incorrect submissions.
- Assisting the team in processing merchant applications, ensuring they meet company requirements before submission to underwriting.
- Coordinating between the sales team, underwriting, and clients to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Coordinating merchant onboarding or closing calls with the relevant parties.
- Scheduling appointments or meetings between clients, sales reps, and management.
- Helping new merchants understand the setup process, including any necessary equipment (POS systems, terminals).
- Ensuring newly onboarded merchants receive confirmation and next steps for receiving their terminals or POS systems, if needed.
- Entering merchant information, transactions, or ISO data into internal systems like HubSpot or the CRM.
- Generating reports for management on merchant activity, sales performance, or ISO engagement.
- Ensuring all onboarding processes adhere to company compliance regulations, including Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols.
- Assisting in audits by providing accurate and well-maintained documentation.
- Ordering office supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with vendors for office-related tasks.
- Managing team calendars and supporting operational needs of staff.

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
