Help Desk Support
- Receives and logs new issues related to the DAMS / Preservation systems in a museum-providedticketing system, monitors system improvements
- Responsive Customer Service
- Manage ticket assignments, troubleshoot functional tickets and assign technical tickets to the appropriate point of contact, evaluate & prioritize responses, collaborative workflow with Museum Tech help, work independently on collaborative help platforms, report weekly log to DAM core group
- Ensures the timely completion of technical and functional system tickets
- Communicates technical issues, maintenance work, new features, and upgrades to users and relevant stakeholders in weekly and quarterly reporting
