Job Description :
Large National Healthcare company is seeking a Case Coordinator. This will be working in the Nashville office and some days remotely. Position will be supporting the Case Manager of Ethics & Compliance with investigation from intake to resolution.
Will require occasional travel from time to time.
Tracks open investigations and makes appropriate status related entries in the electronic case files.
Ability to write at a collegiate level - (Will be writing a lot of legal close out memos)
Must be able to write on the executive level and must have critical thinking skills
Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
Experience in healthcare, regulatory compliance, human recourses or related field.
Regularly communicates with the assigned investigators regarding the status of investigations.
Ensures cases are appropriately closed in the electronic case management system once approved for closure.
