Bachelor's degree required
3 years' work experience
Demonstrated organizational skills, focus on process documentation and the ability to see the big picture with strong attention to detail
Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive results by collaborating with stakeholders to build consensus.
Ability to make decisions in real-time, under pressure.
Initiative to continually refine and improve processes or procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
Preferrable Skills :
Track record of project management and knowledge of available tools
Experience with building electrification / decarbonization, energy efficiency, distributed energy resources, and / or demand management from a utility, governmental organization or participating vendor perspective.
Experience in the natural gas industry with specific knowledge related to gas distribution engineering and resource planning, gas supply procurement, construction, and energy consuming technologies common to residential and commercial buildings.
Technical and / or public policy writing skills.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate cross-functional work to develop and implement Non-Pipe Alternatives (NPAs).
Establish processes and policies for integrating NPAs into planning.
Work with Procurement on RFPs, vendor contracts, and project delivery to avoid infrastructure investment.
Manage relationships with vendors, customers, and stakeholders to ensure a positive experience.
Collaborate with Marketing and Research teams to promote building electrification and decarbonization.
Conduct in-person meetings to encourage adoption of building decarbonization solutions.
Partner with city, state, and other energy programs as needed.
Monitor, track, and ensure accurate collection of program data and costs.
Manage program lifecycle, ensuring milestones and KPIs are met.
Communicate project status and performance to internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.
