Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Forklift Operator position in an exciting warehouse facility! We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Forklift Operators to join our team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of forklifts to move materials and products within the warehouse. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move materials and products safely within the warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers using the forklift.
- Stack and organize materials on pallets, shelves, or designated areas within the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory management by transporting items to the correct locations.
- Ensure all equipment is operated in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues to supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Complete all required documentation and log data related to inventory and equipment use.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to meet production goals.
- More responsibilities may be assigned upon hire.
Job Requirements:
- Operating Forklift Types: Sit-down forklift (required); experience with stand-up forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and tugger is a plus.
- Experience:1 Year of work experience with forklift operation within the last 3 years and a completed week-long forklift certification class (required).
- If you do not have certification or verified work experience, starting pay is $15.25/hour.
- If you have 2 years of experience with certification and verified work experience, starting pay is $16.00/hour.
- Successful completion of the final day of testing from the forklift certification class (required).
- Interview: All candidates must successfully complete an interview as part of the hiring process.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift
- Monday - Saturday
- 5:00am - 4:00pm
