Job Details:
- Shift: We are seeking a Floor Coordinator for both 1st and 2nd Shift
- Pay: $15-16 per hour
- Location: Onsite in Greenwood
- Health, Dental, Vision insurance offered

- Ability to speak, read, and write in both Spanish and English
- Experience working to help other succeed
- Prior experience being a lead in a manufacturing environment
- Monitor production floor to ensure that all safety rules are met
- Assist departments by working the floor when they are behind
- Coach employees on dress code violations
- Work with supervisors and associates when a quality error occurs to ensure that it does not continue
- Monitor the timeclock to ensure all workers are clocking and out at the correct times
- Be a resource for all employees and supervisors answering questions and helping where needed
