Details:
- $23 per hour pay rate
- Full Time
- Contract
- Onsite in Schertz, TX
- Schedule: 7am - 4pm CT

- At least 1 year of experience in either Quality, Manufacturing or Production environments
- Highly detailed oriented
- Excellent ability to follow procedures and exact directions without any deviation
- Ability to follow verbal and written communication
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers, business partners, and management
- Ability to accept direction from leads, supervisors, and management
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Under supervision, tests optical products to ensure that quality specifications are consistently met.
- Perform a variety of daily testing on optical lenses to ensure that quality specifications are consistently met
- Records test results and makes evaluations based on training
- Reports tests results to Sr QA Lab Tech, Engineering and Management Team
- Prepares quality reports as requested by Sr QA Lab Tech and Management
- Provide feedback on the test results and retrieve archived data, when needed
- Maintain test equipment in the test lab and informs Sr QA Lab Tech of upcoming calibrations and maintenance
- Ensure adequate supply of testing materials are on hand, informs Sr QA Lab Tech to order consumables and test materials, when needed
- Assists in the reporting the test results to Engineering Team
