What does an Account Executive II do at Swire Coca-Cola?
As an Account Executive II you will be responsible for the Kroger QFC Division located in Bellevue, WA. You will focus on achieving key pillars including profit, volume, and share goals. Managing the annual customer joint business plan, daily execution of all company standards, pricing management, customer relations, managing customer commercialization calendars, forecasting (based on channel criteria), actively managing Picture of Success (PicOS) and stewardship of our annual Retail Strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with customers as well as internal and external associates
- Collaborate with NAOU Team and the customer to develop winning brand, package, marketing, merchandising and execution plans that deliver Company Pillars and overall Performance Profit. Communicate monthly activity via LOS.
- Conduct business reviews with customers to discuss performance and secure incremental activity
- Sell-in innovation items as well as incremental SKUs, packages, equipment, and displays
- Collaborate with Commercialization to develop incentives, custom programs and point of sale tied to Pillar Programs and Local Assets
- Collaborate with Vice President of Sales / Supermarket Channel., Director of Sales / Supermarket Channel and PRGM to forecast volume, revenue and GP using ANAPLAN
- Responsible for problem solving for operational or executional issues with the customer
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 4 years Proven sales experience/customer management required
- 4 years Beverage or CPG selling experience required
- 2 years Sales operations experience preferred
- Successful track record of building strong business relationships within the marketplace preferred
- Margin Minder UXT, Microsoft Office, Anaplan, Excel experience preferred
