A Brief Overview
Develop and grow overall volume revenue and profit within FSOP channel including LMP, bottle/can, and retail vending. Lead and motivate a sales team in the assigned territory, setting clear goals and expectations and provide coaching and support to enhance the team's performance.
Responsibilities
- Train, coach, mentor and develop the sales team to drive sales results
- Achieve revenue, volume and performance profits targets for FSOP in the assigned territory
- Negotiate and open new business opportunities within territory (grow account base)
- Grow current customer volume and profits by targeting new products or services
- Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to become the customer's most valued business partner
- Ensure utilization of selling and development tools across the territory
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required or
- High School Diploma (or GED) with additional experience required
- Must have valid Driver's License and clean MVR (2 or less minor violations or no major violations) in past 39 months required and
- 1-2 years Sales Experience with a Bachelor's degree required and
- 4-6 years Sales Experience with a HS Diploma required
- 1-2 years Leading a sales team preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Base pay range is $64,000 - $96,000 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
