What does a Human Resources Field Support Intern at Swire Coca-Cola do?
As an intern on the HR Field Support team, you play a crucial role in supporting front-line leadership and employees within Swire Coca-Cola. Job Details :
This position is for a summer internship from May 2025 - August 2025
Responsibilities :
- Field Support Training Program
- Review current materials and benchmark best practices
- Identify technical competencies required for field support roles
- Build out training curriculum and materials
- Field Support Team Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Development
- Benchmark across field support team for best practices
- Develop SOPs and define delivery and implementation mechanisms
- Please note that some project specifics are subject to change
