The opportunity

You will take part in meaningful work and real-life projects that will help you grow both professionally and personally throughout the program.
Location : Salt Lake City, Utah
Length : 14 weeks (early-May through mid-August)
Schedule : You must be available to work a 40-hour work week for 14 weeks
How you’ll spend your day
- During the 14-week program, you will gain in-depth insight into the Human Resources department.
- You will play an important role in the development of concepts and initiatives within the Salt Lake City business unit.
- Supported by a mentor and experienced colleagues, you will be directly involved in our daily business and be assigned tasks within diverse projects including employee engagement and enablement initiatives, talent management, communications etc.
