What does a FSOP Channel Lead do at Swire Coca-Cola?The FSOP Channel Lead is responsible for the strategy to drive sales, volume, and revenue within their assigned Channels. This includes maintaining target list of large existing and target customers, PiCOS development, supporting field sales engagement against channel initiatives and priorities, engagement in Boot Camps, and channel specific training of FSOP field sales team. You will be engaging with channel affiliated trade organizations and cross bottler engagement. As well as direct interaction with NAOU teams within channels of responsibility on a regular basis. Engagement with the Brand Teams to adopt and develop brand specific programing for assigned channels.Responsibilities:
Development of channel strategy
Achieve volume and performance profit targets for channels of business through strategic initiatives
Assist in responding to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and contract renewals for major customers within their channels
Development of Channel Sales Tools for assigned channels in order to deliver on business objectives
Alignment with brand teams on key initiatives and availability in channels
Work jointly with commercialization to own the overall execution in assigned channels
Requirements:
High School Diploma (or GED) required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
4 years Intermediate knowledge of FSOP sales and operations required
6 years’ Experience cross departments and organizational line partnership in major organization required
6 years Sales experience in beverage, food, or equivalent industry required
2 years’ Large and/or Foodservice customer management required
2 years Managing direct reports or dotted line reports required
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company vehicle program requirements required
