What does an HR Business Partner at Swire Coca-Cola do?
The HR Business Partner is an experienced individual contributor, who utilizes their business acumen and HR expertise to partner with leaders to execute the business strategy by delivering talent and organizational solutions. The HRBP II is also responsible for driving positive change, being a coach and consultant to leaders, developing talent, driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and modeling the organization's values for their assigned customer groups. May lead HR projects, is recognized as an expert in at least one core HR capability and operates with limited day-to-day direction. Has deep knowledge in at least one business area. An HRBP II has the experience and influence which allows them to be a source of information for mentoring other HR Business Partners.
This role will support our Sales organization. Previous HRBP Sales experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Collaboratively execute the development of HR & people/organization strategies and plans that effectively support the achievement of the overall business outcomes. Conduct needs analyses to identify and establish priorities regarding human resources plans and development activities
Partner with leaders on job design, including how jobs fit overall into the team and broader organization. Then collaborate with Compensation and Talent Acquisition to benchmark roles and ensure roles are filled in a timely manner with the best talent
Coaches and educates people managers and employees on HR plans, programs, practices, processes, and tools to ensure knowledge transfer related to talent and organization effectiveness
Works collaboratively with COE HR functions by understanding business needs in organization design and effectiveness, talent management, talent acquisition, leadership/career/training and development, succession planning, culture, total rewards, HR technology and digital transformation, employee and labor relations, inclusion and diversity, and corporate social responsibility. May directly execute or coordinate across the HR model for services
Understand general business conditions (e.g., social, technological, economic, political, environmental, demographic trends) that affect our industry and workforce. Works with business leaders to action plan for successful navigation of the trends. Partners with HRBP, business and COEs for creation of HR tools to meet needs now and for the future
Provide project management and ownership for HR initiatives and process improvement opportunities
Act as a change agent in transforming talent, technologies, systems, policies, and process to help drive the company’s business performance driving operational efficiency
Build and maintain professional external network to stay abreast of trend changes in all aspects of HR. Translates external business trends into internal organization recommendations and potential actions
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant degree
SHRM-CP/SCP and /or PHR/SPHR Certification
4 years experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or other relevant experience
1 years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner required
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to compile, review, and make recommendations by analyzing data across functional areas of HR
Experience working in a large organization with multiple functional layers of HR
Knowledge of employment law
Employee relations experience as an HR professional supporting operations or corporate functions
