Job Details:
This position is for a summer internship from May 2025 – August 2025
Responsibilities:
Field Support Training Program
Review current materials and benchmark best practices
Identify technical competencies required for field support roles
Build out training curriculum and materials
Field Support Team Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Development
Benchmark across field support team for best practices
Develop SOPs and define delivery and implementation mechanisms

Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior or equivalent related program with a graduation date of Aug 2025 or later
