This position is for a summer Internship from May 2025 – August 2025
Responsibilities:
Gain knowledge and experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
Learn about the contract negotiations process
Research state and local laws and regulations and cross-check company policies for compliance
Establish a process for extracting data from case management system to identify and share Employee Relations trends across the organization
Contribute to the development of Labor Relations content into union new hire orientation
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, or a related field, with a graduation date of August 2025 or later
