What does a Service Technician do at Swire Coca-Cola?
You get to work directly with the customer to prepare the physical location for Coca-Cola products to be served ice cold! With the use of Customer service and technical skill, like repairing soda fountain machines, makes this job a perfect blend.
Responsibilities include:
- Relocate and move soda fountains, glass door coolers, or vending machines
- Load machines and deliver for unloading at designated location
- Diagnose, repair and install fountain machines, glass door coolers, and vending machines in an orderly sequence
- Ensure proper functionality (clean, test and repair equipment before and after installation) of machines for the consumer to use
- Maintain accurate parts inventory: Ability to use hand held computer device to manage, document, stock, and change parts for quality assurance and excellent customer care
- Report inventory accurately for business accountability
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
- Valid driver license
- Have or willing to get DOT medical card
- Technical aptitude to fix machines
- Lift 50 pounds
- Work weekends and holidays as per business need
