What does a Sr. Quality & Systems Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola? Lead all end-to-end aspects of the Quality discipline for the company, ensuring that all products maintain the highest standards of consumer quality for brand integrity. Engage cross functionally to ensure clear understanding of the expectations of quality and brand requirements, while supporting compliance to the integrated management system and TCCC KORE and CCNA North American standards.Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain ongoing engagement routines with business partners, including but not limited to other Supply Chain functions, Sales Operations, FSOP and Field Service to build capability and understanding of quality measures and expectations.
Develop, implement, guide and measure consistent in-plant quality standards that must be met to manufacture products that meet all KO and industry standards for consumer consumption.
Support manufacturing leadership with acquiring and mentoring Quality Managers and Management Systems Facilitators at the plant level to ensure they are qualified to lead and execute the management routines required.
Guide the creation and maintenance of documentation, processes, and procedures to fully comply with all KO KORE and integrated management systems standards requirements, as well as any other industry/regulatory requirements for quality.
Establish and maintain strong associations with CCNA Governance and other Coca-Cola bottlers in the Quality Management space to effectively learn best practices, provide guidance/counsel where appropriate, and be aware of changing trends and requirements that must be implemented at the plants.
Support relationships with local and state government agencies responsible for quality standards.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required
Master's Degree in food science, chemistry, biology, or related science field. preferred
10 years Experience in Quality and Food Safety Management in a food manufacturing industry – soft drink preferred required
4 years Functional experience in deploying and sustaining integrated management systems required
Strong understanding of the science of soft drink production at the base molecular level.
Strong knowledge of industry quality standards for manufacturing of food grade products.
Solid understanding of integrated management systems (ISO/FSSC)
Solid understanding of the regulatory framework affecting Quality and Food Safety.
Knowledge of quality and food safety processes required for the soft drink industry
Knowledge of KO KORE and ISO integrated management systems standards in a soft drink environment.
