Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Strategist to join our team at SWISSGEAR. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive organic social media strategy that increases brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across multiple platforms.
You will work closely with our eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to align organic and paid social efforts for a cohesive brand strategy. This includes defining and refining Swissgear's brand voice, researching and implementing social trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies, and creating and curating high-quality content that showcases Swissgear's products and brand story.
Your expertise in content creation, including photography, short-form video, and storytelling for social media platforms, is essential in driving engagement and credibility. You will also identify and build relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to expand influencer marketing efforts and drive cross-promotional opportunities.
