This role involves developing and executing impactful marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, and driving brand awareness. Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
• Design and create engaging content, including graphics, videos, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Social Media Management:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage content calendars and publish posts across platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok).
• Monitor analytics and KPIs to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster an active online community.
Marketing Strategy:
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and opportunities for growth.
• Oversee SEO and paid advertising efforts to drive website traffic and conversions.
Brand Management:
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
• Collaborate with designers and other team members to produce high-quality visual assets.
Analytics and Reporting:
• Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Use insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, SOCI, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills. Proficiency in video editing software is required.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Passion for staying up-to-date on digital trends and innovations.
