Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of creating a best-in-class learning environment and program structure aligned with business strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Manage a portfolio of learning programs (leadership, manager, and job-agnostic professional development), service providers, and budgets with a focus on improving effectiveness and efficiency.
- Lead the development and execution of a career development framework to provide a compelling employee experience.
- Develop and implement a people manager development framework focused on on-the-job proficiency to complement training programs.
- Drive leadership development programs aligned with talent reviews and succession planning to accelerate the leadership pipeline.
- Provide thought leadership and define an enterprise leader capability-building strategy to foster innovation and growth.
- Lead the articulation of business cases and drive the adoption of innovative digital and social learning platforms for efficient program delivery.
- Collaborate with People Business Partners, Communications, and external service providers to manage stakeholder engagement and communications.
- Partner with other teams to integrate programs that contribute to organizational goals, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
- Work with learning groups across the organization to share best practices and enhance the learning experience for employees.

- Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups (e.g., R&D, operations, commercial).
