Job Responsibilities
- Ensure Safety and Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies among all associates, ensuring all equipment meets safety standards, with a goal of achieving zero accidents.
- Drive Financial Success: Oversee the ongoing financial success of programs by meeting production goals and monitoring associated costs.
- Primary Customer Contact: Act as the primary contact for customers, developing and maintaining positive relationships with associates at all levels.
- Communicate Program Requirements: Effectively communicate all program issues and requirements to operations, leading efforts to resolve any challenges.
- Support Quality Assurance: Actively monitor procedures related to safety, quality, and manufacturing to ensure the highest product quality.
- Lead Continuous Improvement: Utilize kaizen principles to spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on efficiency and cost reduction.
- Develop New Technology: Research and develop new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Participate in New Product Launches: Provide support during new product launches by assisting with staffing, equipment, and process flow.
- Training and Development: Lead training and development initiatives for the engineering team to enhance skills and capabilities.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
- Minimum of 5 years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is required.
- Prior engineering experience within a manufacturing setting is required.
- Previous experience in supervision or management is preferred.
- Experience with budget management and P&L responsibility is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment is preferred.
