This position provides surgical first assistant, scrub, and/or circulating nurse services in the operating room during surgical procedures. The role assists the surgical team as needed in any capacity according to established procedures. The individual is an active team member in the daily activities of the department and demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to a diverse patient population (e.g., infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, pediatrics). Participation in ongoing education and training is expected.

- Assist the surgical team as needed in any other capacity according to established procedures.
- Actively participate in the daily activities of the department and demonstrate effective teamwork.
- Deliver care tailored to the specific age needs of patients (infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, pediatrics).
- Participate in related continuing education to maintain clinical competence.
- Completion of RNFA course.
- Registered Nurse License (relevant jurisdiction).
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Recent RN clinical experience in the operating room.
- Completion of RNFA course.
- Registered Nurse License (relevant jurisdiction).
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical nursing.
- Recent clinical experience in the operating room.
