Job Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives responsible for selling wireless voice and data services, as well as Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, to large business customers.
- Coach and guide the team in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key buying influencers in client accounts.
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate team members to ensure their success in achieving sales targets.
- Take on additional duties or projects as assigned by business management.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 4-7 years of experience in sales management (Required)
- Less than 2 years of experience in outside sales (Preferred)
- 2-4 years of experience in technology sales or the wireless industry (Preferred)
- 2-4 years of experience in prospecting and account management (Preferred)
- Sales Management: Proven experience managing and developing a sales team. (Required)
- Account Management: Expertise in managing key customer accounts and relationships. (Required)
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire, guide, and motivate a high-performing sales team. (Required)
- Telecommunication / Technology: Knowledge of telecommunications and technology solutions, including IoT and connected services. (Required)
