Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of survey projects, including planning (budgeting), execution, and reporting.
- Oversee and manage field crews.
- Coordinate with relevant offices for job prioritization and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain project schematics.
- Analyze geographical data using GIS software to support project requirements .
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to integrate survey data into project designs.
- Train and mentor junior survey staff on best practices and technical skills.
- Review and validate survey results for accuracy before submission.
- Professional Surveyor license (additional state licensures a plus).
- 10 years of experience in land surveying (management experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Carlson Survey CAD.
- Experience with road design, well pad design, construction layout, ALTA, and boundary surveys.
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients and team members through excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in land surveying.
