Job Responsibilities:
- Support store manager by leading retail and rental processes, training, implementing rental SOPs, tagging and tracking inventory, troubleshooting software and reservation issues.
- Review and track reservation status and payments.
- Must have knowledge of all products and services in store.
- Maintain a clean, well merchandised retail environment.
- Must exhibit strong leadership skills.
- Build and sustain a professional and guest friendly standard of service.
- Have the ability to train all aspects of daily operations. This includes product knowledge, all shop processes pertaining to retail, rental, repair, and sales.
- Support store manager to evaluate and review employee’s performance.
- Must be able to communicate Switchback Sports and Skis on the Run culture, values and goals to employees, community and guests.
- Support store manager with all retail inventory control. This includes shrink, accuracy of inventory counts and receiving, tagging and delivery of product to respective departments.
- Support manager in, opening and closing of the store.
- Support store manager with cash handling, rental billing and guest payment reconciliation.
- Understanding and execution of all safety standards for employees and guests.
- Knowledge of risk management and company liability.
- Must be able to execute summer and winter buying strategies.
- Establish community ties that lead to corporate involvement in local events, organizations, educational foundations, etc.
- Manage staff of Retail Sales, and Service Techs.
- Support Switchback Sports E-store.
- Reports to Area Manager & Store Manager – Park City.
