Compensation Analyst
We are seeking a Compensation Analyst responsible for managing physician, resident, and fellow compensation contracts. This role ensures payments to both employed and independent providers adhere to their agreements.
Responsibilities :
Support compensation programs for employed and independent providers by implementing standard policies and procedures.
Maintain and assist in the implementation of all compensation components, including incentives, educational loan payments, and other miscellaneous payments.
Perform analytical work related to compensation systems.
Process supplemental compensation payments, ensuring all payments are documented with offer letters, employment agreements, etc.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree or a combination of relevant education and experience.
Required Skills : Analytical, Collaborative, Computer Proficiency, Customer Service, Detail Oriented, Excellent Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Microsoft Office, Multitasking, Organizational, Problem Solving, Strong Team Player.
Healthcare experience required.
Compensation :
Base Salary : $70,000 , final base salary rate may be higher depending on experience
