We have an exciting opportunity to join our Finance team, asSenior Financial Analyst.In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the business by preparing financial reports, analyses, and consolidation rollups in theSustainable & Adhesive Solutions (SAS)segment to help deliver annual objectives. Your day-to-day support willserve to inform and ground business decisionsthat will positively affect Mativ's future growth.This role is in our Headquarters offices in Alpharetta,GA,and reports to theSASVP ofFinancialPlanning & Analysis.

responsibilities :

Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
Consolidatefinancial results, monthly forecast, annualbudgetand strategicplans.
Ensure financial results, budgets and forecasts are property loaded into corporate financial consolidationtools.
Assist in analyzing and producing accurate, timely reportingfor FP&A and / or key stakeholders asneeded.
Help coordinate the financial forecast and annual budget roll-up process for theSASsegment;provideregulartracking and analysis on progress towardachieving financial targets.
Assist with SG&A budget and monthly forecast process
Prepare and provide accurate month-end reports for use in financial reportingandleadership team meetings
Extract large amounts of data and synthesize for easy understanding
Consistentlyevaluateprocesses and identify opportunities for improvement / streamlining
Support ad hoc reports and projects as assigned

qualifications : Required

Bachelor's degree in finance,Accountingor another Business-related field.

2-6years of experience in a Finance or Business Analytics role required.

Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and P&L analysis required.

Requires advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience creating complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, and models, as well as a proven ability to think through automation solutions withinExcel.

Power BI experience a plus

Experience creating and editing executive-level presentations inPowerPoint.

Preferred

Manufacturing experience

Experience with OneStream consolidation software

Competencies

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management including executive leaders.

High level of discretion when dealing with sensitive information.

Proven critical thinking skills - ability to understand the issues related to the decision-making process, ability to analyze situations fully and accurately and reach productive decisions.

Highly motivated individual able to take direction from managers and developing skills to solve problems with little guidance.

Must be able to collaborate within a matrixed organization (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Customer Service).

Ability to prioritize deliverables with internal customers acrossthe Segmentand functions.

Ability to prioritize work while working on multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery of projects to a high standard.

Comfortable working to sometimes short deadlines and often with changing and competing priorities.

Process driven with the desire for improvement and efficiency.
