Swoon is actively hiring a IT SOX Security Director to join the team in Phoenix, AZ!

Relocation is available!

What your day-to-day will look like?

Lead the development of the IT SOX improvement plan for all goals of the team
Manage the SOX and IT audit process to include GAP remediation and long-term process improvements
Evaluate past InfoSec assessments and develop corrective action plans for driving the roadmap
Implement Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning for resiliency on critical business applications
Manage vendors, contracts, negotiations, and license entitlement

What's Required / Technical Skills

15 years of experience in IT Security

8 years of experience of leadership experience - in a public company and multi-location enterprise organizations

Experience maturing a security operations function i.e. malware, SIEM, DLP, etc.

Experience building an InfoSec Dashboard and SLA based metrics environment

Manage the security lifecycle across an enterprise organization

Education / Certifications

Bachelors Degree Required; Masters Degree is a plus

Current certification in cybersecurity - CISSP, CISM, or CISA
