Position : Experienced Tax Associate / Tax Senior
Location : Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - 2 days remote per week, with flexibility on in-office days)
Compensation : $70,000 - $90,000 range bonus eligible
We are seeking a Tax Associate or Senior Associate with 1-3 years of public accounting experience. This role involves preparing tax returns, conducting tax research and planning, and supporting high-net-worth individuals and businesses across industries such as construction, manufacturing, real estate, and technology .
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and review individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns
Conduct tax research and assist in tax planning strategies
Draft client correspondence and tax-related reports
Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff and interns
Develop industry knowledge and key client relationships
Participate in networking and business development activities
Qualifications :
Bachelor's in Accounting (Master's in Accounting or Tax preferred)
1 year of public accounting experience, including at least one busy season
CPA license or CPA-eligible
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines
