Experienced Tax Associate/Tax Senior

Position: Experienced Tax Associate/ Tax Senior

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 2 days remote per week, with flexibility on in-office days)

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 range bonus eligible

We are seeking a Tax Associate or Senior Associate with 1-3 years of public accounting experience. This role involves preparing tax returns, conducting tax research and planning, and supporting high-net-worth individuals and businesses across industries such as construction, manufacturing, real estate, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns
• Conduct tax research and assist in tax planning strategies
• Draft client correspondence and tax-related reports
• Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff and interns
• Develop industry knowledge and key client relationships
• Participate in networking and business development activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s in Accounting or Tax preferred)
• 1 year of public accounting experience, including at least one busy season
• CPA license or CPA-eligible
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines
