Job Summary
The position, oversees unit-wide administrative functions, focusing on developing and implementing management and operational strategies. This role leads a team of Business Process Analysts, providing guidance and fostering professional growth. Collaborates with project managers, operations, and development teams to coordinate, design, and implement solutions. Ensures timely, high-quality completion of tasks, while reviewing and analyzing business systems and user needs for key areas
Job Duties
- Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance, while managing staffing needs and addressing issues as they arise.
- Oversee project progress to ensure timely, high-quality completion and compliance with department goals and policies.
- Develop work plans and contribute to budgeting processes in line with departmental objectives.
- Lead administrative projects, collaborating with other leaders to address and resolve key issues.
- Apply structured business process analysis, identify inefficiencies, and drive process improvements across departments.
- Maintain documentation and evaluate KPIs to track project success and continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
