We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Manufacturing.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. You will work closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in customer service, with a strong background in Excel and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $24-28. The contract duration is approximately 8-12 months, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.
You will work 3 days a week on-site in Middleton, MA, interacting with customers and responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Providing product information and resolving customer complaints
- Processing sales orders and reviewing them for accuracy
- Collaborating with sales and engineering teams to ensure effective problem-solving
- Establishing estimated ship dates (ESD's) from Supply Chain reports
