Summary :
A leading global technology company is seeking an Event Technology Specialist to join its Marketing Department's Event Technology organization. This role supports cutting-edge event management tools, including digital experience platforms, to ensure seamless global user experiences. The Event Technology Specialist will assist the Splash Program Manager in delivering exceptional onboarding, enablement, marketing compliance, and operational solutions for internal teams.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Provide critical user support for event technology needs, particularly during high-demand periods for large-scale global events.
- Collaborate with program managers to address global user requirements and troubleshoot issues.
- Drive user intake, onboarding, and enablement for digital experience platforms.
- Create and maintain clear training materials to empower internal users.
- Ensure compliance with marketing and operational standards.
- Act as a key contributor to the success of global digital and event initiatives.
