Swoon is actively seeking an Lead DevOps Engineer to join the team in Camden, NJ. – Relocation is available!

What your day-to-day look like?
- Enhance and streamline DevOps processes and define and develop the tools and frameworks for the organization
- Leverage experience with Large Language Models to improve software development and deployment
- Develops and implements automated tests to ensure quality and reliability
- Stay up to date with advancements in GenAI and prompt engineering techniques
- Must have experience in Microsoft Azure. GitHub CoPilot highly desired!

What’s Required?
- 5 years of experience in DevOps
- Experience in LLM – Large Language Models
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) – specific to GenAI models
- Microsoft Azure experience and GitHub Copilot experience
What else should you know?
Direct-Hire / Full-Time Role – NO Contract
Location – Camden, NJ - Relocation is available!
Hybrid Role – 3 days a week on-site (1st 90 days are 5 days a week during training period)
Salary - $125,000 - $145,000 plus bonus
