We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Experiential Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment . This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, and a strong focus on executing seamless events and campaigns .
The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in experiential marketing, with a proven track record of driving brand awareness and customer engagement . This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and requires strong communication, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills .
Due to client requirements, we can only consider candidates with U.S. Citizenship (USC) or Green Card (GC) status.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute experiential marketing campaigns that elevate brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and refine processes to improve efficiency and execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align on campaign goals and deliverables.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Travel as needed (3-5 times per quarter) to oversee event execution.
