The Total Rewards Analyst will primarily focus on Retirement. Responsibilities include managing and administering leave programs and retirement programs across the Americas (U.S., Canada, Brazil, Mexico). The position will serve as the main point of contact for employees seeking leaves, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of FMLA and Retirement regulations in the U.S., excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Retirement Plan Duties :
- Serve as the primary contact for employees, HR, and managers regarding retirement plan requests.
- Lead annual audits, working closely with outside auditors and retirement vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all required testing and filings related to retirement plans.
- Conduct regular retirement plan audits to maintain accuracy between payroll records and retirement vendors.
- Stay updated on retirement regulations to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Act as Record Keeper in required investment meetings.
- Maintain and update all plan documents related to retirement plans.
