Retirement Analyst
We are seeking a Retirement Analyst with a primary focus on retirement programs across the Americas. This role will be responsible for administering and managing retirement plans, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and serving as the main point of contact for employees, HR, and managers regarding retirement benefits.
Location : Tampa, FL
Schedule : Monday-Friday - 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay rate : $43 per hour
Employment type : Temp-to-Hire
Duties :
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees, HR, and managers regarding retirement plan inquiries.
- Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations for retirement plan compliance.
- Perform regular audits to reconcile payroll records with retirement plan vendors.
- Collaborate with external auditors and vendors to facilitate annual audits and compliance filings.
- Oversee compliance testing and reporting for retirement plans.
- Maintain and update documentation related to retirement programs.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance with retirement plan requirements.
- Serve as the Record Keeper for investment meetings and coordinate necessary documentation.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize retirement plan administration.
