We’re supporting a client in their search for an experienced leader to oversee Corporate Expense and Travel strategies. This role will drive operational improvements, ensure compliance, and align programs with the organization’s broader objectives.
Compensation & Location
- Base Salary: $165,000
- Bonus Potential: 20%
- Stock Grant: $30,000 annually
- Location: Kansas City, KS (Hybrid schedule with excellent relocation package)

- Proven Leadership Abilities: 2-4 years of experience leading teams, with a demonstrated ability to align team objectives with organizational priorities.
- Vendor and Contract Management: Extensive experience in RFI/RFP processes, contract negotiations, and vendor management to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
- Project Management Skills: Strong track record in managing cross-functional projects, implementing controls, mitigating risks, and maintaining clear stakeholder communication.
Salary : $160,000 - $170,000
