Bob Swope Ford is looking for a goal-oriented, self-driven individual that enjoys connecting with people to join their sales team as an Internet BDC Coordinator.

Internet Sales Coordinator :
- Communicate with incoming electronic leads through dealership CRM
- Set appointment to meet with the guest at the dealership
- Confirm the appointment prior to the guest arrival
- Prepare the vehicle of interest in advance of the appointment
- Supply customer with product performance and benefits
- Build rapport with customers
- Maintain a Customer Satisfaction
- Complete your daily follow ups with new and current customers
