Bob Swope Ford is looking for a detail-oriented team member to join their service department as an Automotive Quick-Lane Technician in their temperature controlled service department. The technician will :
- Perform Oil Changes & Quick Lubes in an efficient manner.
- Perform Tire Changeovers & Wheel Balancing.
- Light Duty Repair work - Wipers, Air & Cabin Filters, Battery testing.
- Provide Service Advisor with a quality inspection and communicate recommendations when needed.
- Demonstrate excellent guest service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
- Ensure customer vehicles are kept clean and treated with respect.
- Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations.
- Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
- Maintain any certifications and trainings as required by the manufacturer.
- Willing to help out in any area of the service department where needed, this could include building and grounds maintenance.
