SWP Contracting LLC is looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator to support our construction and maintenance of earthwork structures, such as highways, streets, dikes, and temporary roads in the Del Rio, TX area.

Responsibilities:
- Safe operation of heavy construction equipment including skid steer, backhoe, dozer, excavator, loader, and other.
- Safely operate heavy equipment to move and grade dirt, rock, sand, gravel and other materials.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures, and report accidents and potential risks to leadership.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of heavy equipment.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment.
- Ability to work in a safety sensitive construction setting.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to clear background check, drug test, and MVR.
