What will you help us create?
This role is an amalgamation of the vendor tester and Staging Technician positions. It requires a hands-on approach to product and machine testing, configuration, and preparation for in-field deployments/upgrades.
Pay range: $20-$25 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Perform vend tests and approve new planograms for field upgrades, adhering to standard vend testing requirements.
Ensure automated vending machines meet quality standards upon arrival and before deployment.
Prepare automated stores for deployment by configuring machines and ensuring readiness for installation.
Analyze and collaborate with Operation Support and Account Management Teams to identify and resolve product/misvend issues.
Compile and analyze reports for various vending/product issues to assemble key indicator reports for the company.
Load products into the automated stores according to specified planograms, ensuring accuracy and proper placement.
Execute specific product position tests to confirm operation and product dispensing accuracy.
Diagnose and resolve any technical issues that arise during the staging process to ensure minimal disruption to workflow.
