We are looking for an experienced Order Management Specialist
The ideal candidate must:

Manage Sycamore Life Sciences End-to-End Customer Experience Maintain a consistently high level of customer service to retain and satisfy customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers and prospects through phone, chat, and email.
- Enter orders, prepare quotation, process product returns, and expedite orders as needed.
- Process samples requests in timely manner and follow-through on evaluations.
- Sending invoices to customers in timely manner.
Web Merchandising and Lead Generation
- Make assigned phone calls to generate sales leads and opportunities on weekly basis.
- Support the field sales team in product and stock inquiries for various suppliers.
- Conduct competitive product and price research and provide market intelligence
- Become an expert web merchandiser to improve sales conversions
- Manage and optimize product listings to improve traffic and conversion
- Daily responsibilities include, pick, pack, ship orders
- Update and manage inventory in the system
- Reorder packaging goods
- Generate requested shipping and logistics reports
- Perform inventory cycle count audits
- Master our business processes and help improve and optimize the order to shipment workflow
- Follow up on order confirmations, make sure orders are shipped on time
- Enter tracking information in Sycamore systems
- Manage Inbound and outbound shipments as well as Physical stock and ERP inventory
Weekly and AdHoc reporting
- Generate Sales and Purchase orders reports to tally with accounts payable and receivable on weekly basis
- Generate ad hoc reports on an as needed basis
Qualifications
High School Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience
1 year of experience in a high volume, customer focused, eCommerce business.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills are also required.
- Handles and safeguards confidential information and sensitive material.
- Organizes and prioritizes multiple tasks and completes them under time constraints.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, and percentages.
- Able to work efficiently with no or little supervision.
- Strong data entry skills are required.
- Ability to move samples and product boxes to and from the office/shipping area
Must have experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
Experience with eCommerce backend systems a huge plus.
