Job Purpose:
The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional guest service while supporting Theater events, promotional giveaways, community outreach and co-op sponsorships, including security services to Sycuan guests and personnel.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
(Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time)
- Ushering venue guests to assigned seats.
- Provide friendly guest service while promoting entertainment options and assisting guests
- Maintains a thorough understanding of show schedule, production details, and ticketing prices.
- Assists with night of show ticket redemptions.
- Assists with venue logistics before and after events.
- Maintain a professional and pleasant department image by consistently communicating and presenting information in a professional manner to internal and external guests.
- Ascertain and resolve guest concerns, requests, and/or complaints in a timely, courteous and informed manner.
- Provide friendly guest service while promoting Sycuan Casino Resort at off property sponsored events.
- Identify underage guests, undesirable guests, requesting they vacate the venue, and physically subduing disruptive guests if necessary, according to established procedures,
- Communicate effectively via radio to Event Security, Casino Dispatch, and Casino Security.
- Escorting VIP’s back of house to and from the venue(s).
- Other duties assigned.
Job Specifications:
Education and Experience:
Essential:
- Hospitality Experience
- Guest Service Experience
Desirable:
- Casino experience
- POST certification/or Military LE experience
- CPR certification
Skills and Knowledge:
