Job Purpose:
Cultivates, develops and grows casino revenue & profit from premium slot and table game players from Asian market segments, specifically in the Chinese, Vietnamese and Korean Market. Actively prospecting for new business.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Retains casino client base by interacting on a frequent basis with high value slot and table games players to build and retain loyalty ensuring an excellent guest experience; leverages property amenities/programs to targeted players, determining player value based on analysis of player tracking data, anticipating and responding to needs of targeted guests including arranging accommodations and amenities (shows, hotel, restaurant, transportation) to and/or offsite events.
Floor presence - Meets and greets players on the casino floor, at special events and promotions. Identifying potential high value players on table games or slots
Telemarketing- Solicit participation in Casino events and promotions through outbound phone
calls. Identify inactive and high value Casino guests, and driving incremental visits through outbound phone calls.
Provides support to the Player Development Team by either by answering and facilitating casino Player Development calls, or VIPs approaching the VIP desk; responding to player needs and requests, issuing complimentary items based on player value: promoting Player Development promotions to new and existing players; resolving player issues and complaints following established procedures, promptly notifying management of guest comments and/or complaints.
Community Development – Attend targeted community events, representing Sycuan in the community in person or electronically; Hosting on and off property events, and acting as a liaison between VIP guests and the Player Development team.

Education and Experience:
Essential:
Excellent verbal communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese or Korean.
Ability to read and write in Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese or Korean
2 years guest service experience
