Job Purpose:
Provides guest service to VIP guests and supports Executive Hosts, Casino Hosts, and Marketing with providing service to VIP guests. Responsible for creating a positive and engaging gaming environment for guests by providing superior guest service while operating effectively and efficiently. All responsibilities will be carried out in compliance with all policies, procedures and applicable laws.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides guest service and promotes guest relations by answering and facilitating casino Player Development calls, welcoming VIP guests entering the casino or approaching the VIP desk, verifying club member identification, verifying guest eligibility to participate in promotions, answering guest inquiries, informing guests of daily promotions, offers and special events, promoting Club Sycuan VIP benefits, and treating all guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
Provides support to the department by assisting with administrative duties for the Player Development Department, assisting with reservations to VIP events, sponsored events, hotel stays, distributing promotional merchandise as directed, and coordinating with hosts during Player Development offer redemption days to ensure efficient service.
Provides updated player information to the department promptly notifying a member of the Host Team, or Guest Relations Supervisor of guest comments and/or complaints, collecting guest play preferences with each interaction, communicating player experiences to the hosts, updating player information in the CRM, and acting as a liaison between VIP guests and Hosts.

High School Diploma or G.E.D.
2 years guest service experience
