Job Purpose:
Provides guest service in the spa
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides guests with spa services by welcoming all guests entering the spa and salon, providing assistance and/or instruction in the use of the spa facilities and services, providing guests with towels, water, and equipment as requested, answering guest inquiries, informing guests of promotions and specials, promptly notifying Spa and Salon Manager of guest comments and/or complaints, and treating all guests in a friendly and courteous manner. - 45%
Ensures spa inventory is stocked by completing and submitting supply requisitions, placing delivered items in cabinets, wiping and restocking shelves, counters, and cleaning stations according to established procedures. - 20%
Maintains department equipment, materials and fixtures by ensuring all products and promotional materials are available and visible at spa desk and display racks, cleaning and removing debris from counters, cupboards and equipment, maintaining orderly storage area, transporting materials and equipment to various spa rooms as needed, notifying manager of any damaged, broken or inoperable equipment and when materials or supplies are low and need to be reordered, placing used linens in appropriate area, and performing other maintenance and cleaning tasks as assigned by the manager. - 20%
Provides clean linens by loading washers with soiled laundry, adding soap and bleach as appropriate, loading dryers with clean laundry, removing dry laundry from dryers, folding laundry and storing in designated areas. - 10%
Provides administrative support to the department by documenting and forwarding reports, complaints, suggestions and recommendations to the Spa and Salon Manager, assisting with the coordination of Spa promotions and sales events, and distributing promotional merchandise as directed. - 5%

1 year of guest service experience in a spa or related environment

Hospitality experience
