Job Summary: The HR Generalist will manage various human resources functions within the factory, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and health and safety initiatives.
Hours would me Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 5:30PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process for both salaried and hourly positions, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and promote a harmonious work environment.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate employee records.
• Training and Development: Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
• Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes and assist in setting development plans.
• Health and Safety: Lead health, safety, and welfare initiatives within the plant to ensure a safe working environment.
• HR Strategy Execution: Support the execution of HR strategies that align with the factory’s business goals.
