We are looking for a Service Desk resource located in Winchester, VA -local candidates
The job would be about 20 hours per week - someone that is local.
Tier 1 support person that has experience with:
End user support with customer support experience
PC deployments
PC imaging
Microsoft Office (O365) including Teams and Outlook
Thin clients
Barcode hand scanners
Printer support
This person would also work with the Infrastructure and Application teams for support with ongoing projects.
This is a manufacturing plant so PPE equipment would be required including steel toed boots.
Salary : $20 - $30
